Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate vacuum furnaces to perform heat-treat and brazing operations.
- Maintain heat-treating logs for all furnaces and parts.
- Perform incoming inspection prior to Heat-treat part
- Plasma preparation such as Mask, Grit blast, machine set up as per work instruction
- TPM check on machines
- Ability to perform SAT and Uniformity check
- Ability to carry out leak rate check on Vacuum furnace
- Ability to select and verify the Heat-treatment program
- Ability to interpret chart paper
- Ability to pick up and make appropriate action to resolve if there is any abnormal situation/condition both on part and Furnaces
- Ability perform Multi-task
- Follow work instructions, comply with all quality requirements and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices on machines and in work area.
- Complete production paper work and systems transactions.

- Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties. ( Proper PPE )
- Perform jobs in priority order unless instructed otherwise.
- Perform and complete the operation you are performing IAW the required technical data referred to in your job traveler. (operation sheets, engine manuals, OEM SPMs, written instructions from engineering)
- Report nonconformances related to parts, paper work, equipment, tooling or materials to the immediate Cell Leader.
Position Requirements
Education Requirements: GCE O Level /NITEC / Technician Certificate or equivalent
Experience Level Requirements: 1- 3 years of relevant experience in an aerospace industry
Skills Required: Able to read and interpret operation sheets and follow complex instructions and/or directions. Able to read, speak and write English.
Skills Desired: strong attention to detail, ability to multitask.
